U.S. and Canadian numbers receive the portal link by SMS, while numbers from the rest of the world receive it through WhatsApp. The valet can also show the guest a temporary QR to open their portal on the spot.
Two messages per visit
Guests receive two messages during their visit: one at check-in with their ticket number and portal link to chat, pay, request, and track their vehicle, and another when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
Everything else lives in the portal
Built-in chat with the valet, live vehicle status, and updates like stand closed, vehicles reparked, or on the way. No extra apps.
